Each baking mix is hand-crafted precisely for exceptional taste and texture and is made in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen. We use naturally gluten-free, whole-grain, and plant-based ingredients. All of our mixes are preservative-free, non-GMO, and have nothing artificial.

While gluten-free is our specialty, we know how hard it can be just to eat when you have dietary needs, so we made our mixes free from as many food allergens as possible. The MinusG kitchen is free from the top 9 allergens plus a few more, making it the safest environment for people challenged by these food allergies or sensitivities.
Each mix is plant-based, wheat-free, egg-free, dairy-free, soy-free, treenut-free, peanut-free, shellfish-free, fish-free, and also free of mustard, sesame, lupin, and cornstarch.
