Refund policy

Returns
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Since we produce a food item, our mixes are not returnable.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Unfortunately sale items cannot be re.

Defective or Damaged Goods 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a defective or damaged mix, send us an email at katherine@minusg.com and send your item to: PO Box 22, Newbury Ohio US 44065 and we will contact you to send a replacement.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift card to the gift giver and they will know of your return.

Replacement of Damaged Goods
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the replacement product to reach you, may vary.
