Artisan Pizza Crust

MinusG pizza mix is the perfect blend of ancient whole grains. This crust can be made thick and chewy or thin and slightly crispy. It's a gluten-free pizza crust with great flavor that everyone will love. Bring the aroma of a pizzeria home with this fantastic mix! 

PREP: 50 min. | BAKE: 16 min. | SERVES: 8


  • 1 bag Pizza Crust Mix small
  • ½ c + 1 Tbsp heated water 
  • 2 eggs or 1/4 c. "Just Egg" or "Simply Eggless" egg replacer
  • 2 Tbsp oil 
  • ¼ c tapioca starch or starch of choice to press out dough

HEAT: Heat water in microwave for 20-30 seconds; should be hot, but not burn your finger. 

MIX: In a stand mixer bowl, add mix, water, eggs, oil, and blend with paddle on low. Scrape bowl sides and bottom. Beat for 2 min med-high, dough will be sticky. Grease pan and place dough in the center. Sprinkle starch on top and press into a 12" circle.

RISE: Let rise 40 minutes, add topping while rising. Egg-free pizza: rise time may take an extra 10-15 min. 

BAKE: Heat oven to 425° and bake.

Thin crust:  bake 11-13 min.
Thick crust:  bake 16-18 min.

More than 5 toppings, bake 1-2 minutes longer.

For crispier crust, transfer pizza to oven rack for last 3-5 min of baking.
