Chocolate Glaze


  • 1 c. bittersweet chocolate chips or chunks
  • ½ c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. cream
  1. Place chopped chocolate into a medium bowl
  2. Heat the cream in a small pan until it just begins to simmer; but watch that the cream doesn't boil.
  3. Pour hot cream over the chocolate and let sit for two minutes.
  4. Whisk together the cream into the chocolate.
  5. It's perfect for glazing donuts or a thicker coating on cakes.
  6. Enjoy!
