Chocolate chip cookies are a classic! What makes these gluten-free cookies so good? It's the blend and quality of the ingredients. Made with brown sugar and organic dark chocolate morsels, they are a melt-in-your-mouth favorite. Our mix contains no nuts, which makes them a perfect treat for everyone to enjoy.
PREP 10 min. | BAKE 10-12 min. | MAKE 24 cookies
- ½ c soft butter of choice
- ⅓ c brown sugar or granular substitute
- 1 egg or see egg sub*
- ½ tsp GF vanilla extract
- 1 Bag MinusG Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
HEAT: Preheat oven to 350°. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
MIX: In a mixing bowl, cream butter until smooth. Add brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, cookie mix and beat together on low speed until blended. Fold in chocolate chips. With a spoon, scoop and drop cookies onto parchment paper, about 2 inches apart.
(If using non-dairy butter refrigerate cookies 30 minutes before baking)
BAKE: Bake 10-12 minutes (centers will be soft). Cool 5-10 minutes and remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
